The 40th Regiment of Foot is a non-profit organization incorporated in the State of Rhode Island and is managed by a Board of Trustees which is elected annually by the membership. For a fee the Regiment is available for public education lectures, parades, heritage celebrations, and the demonstration of camp life or battlefield tactics for historic sites, tourist attractions, and educational or other organizations. The unit newsletter,
The Royal Gazette, is published several times a year and all members are encouraged to contribute articles.
